Ledger Mobile
The Ledger app for employees and managers: clock in, apply for leave, claim, approve, check payslips.
Interactive demo · real app screens with made-up sample data
Overview
Ledger Mobile puts the employee side of Ledger in your pocket. Staff clock in and out, apply for leave, submit claims and read their payslips. Managers approve requests from the same app.
It covers HR and payroll only. Nothing on the phone runs payroll; that stays on the web, where it has its review and approval steps.
My role
I lead the app from requirements to release. I started with Expo Go, then moved to Flutter for both iOS and Android. I direct AI coding agents through the build and run the TestFlight releases.

- Action Centre lists what needs your attention
- Managers approve or reject requests from the app
Pay and tax
- My Payroll: payslips, EA form, tax details
